Palrealtors Limited was first started and registered as a Business Name in December 2020 in Nigeria. Her initial aim was to develop and maintain a real estate management software to aid and ease routine real estate operations in Nigeria. The company is established on an Information Technology foundation.

The company has recorded successes in rendering tailored IT services in software development, cybersecurity/audit, and training to individuals and corporate entities. The company became registered as a Private Limited Liability Company in January 2023 with RC 2020918.

To enhance diversity and functional operations in other sectors, the company was registered to capture IT and other professional services.
